Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Open The Outlet Holdings Inc. website (https://www.opentheoutlet.com). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless required by law:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Opened health, hygiene, or consumable products
3. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, please contact support@opentheoutlet.com with your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before returning any merchandise.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required to process your claim.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return.
